Cancellation & Refund Policy

Premium subscriptions renew according to the billing frequency selected at checkout unless canceled through the purchase channel before renewal. Cancellation ordinarily prevents future renewals while access continues through the already-paid subscription period.

Google Play purchases

Google Play purchases and refund requests are subject to Google Play's refund rules and applicable law. Eligible users should use Google Play's available purchase-management and refund-request process.

Direct web subscriptions

Direct web checkout is not active yet. Before direct subscriptions are enabled, this page will be updated with the payment processor, cancellation portal, refund process and any applicable renewal-notice terms.

Technical problems

If a verified technical defect prevents access to paid Premium features, contact support@sakilogic.com so reasonable troubleshooting can be attempted.

Partial billing periods

Cancellation does not automatically create a refund for a partially used billing period except where required by law or expressly approved under the applicable purchase-channel rules.
